“We can’t begin to say enough positive things about our experience in working with Donna. She has the perfect mix of knowledge,  experience, common sense, and understanding—not only of the college application process, but also of the concerns, questions, and needs of her clients. There’s no way we could have navigated the complexities of the college search and application process without her. She rarely lacked answers to our numerous questions. And when she didn’t have an immediate answer, she was always able to come back to us later with useful information. Communicating and sharing information and materials with her was very easy. She was also really good in working directly with our son. She really kept on top of him to make sure he was on track to complete all of the countless tasks that are part of the application process. She also had regular one-on-one video calls with him to check in on his progress, and give whatever guidance he needed. Those regular calls were very helpful. And she was always quick to answer our (mom and dad’s) texts and emails, which we often sent late in the evening and on weekends. We’re really glad we were able to find her and are looking forward to working with her again with our second child. Everything about our experience working with her was great. The college search/application process is confusing and has a lot of moving parts. We can’t imagine having gone through the whole process (let alone very successfully!) without her guidance.”
